Two payment options are available when ordering a custom design product or package. The customer can pay the total amount or a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE to ensure that I am still paid for my time and service. If the customer chooses to pay in full but then requires a refund, a 50% refund will be issued, and the design will be listed as a premade design available for purchase to new customers.

Digital products will be delivered via email once the design has been completed and approved by the customer.
Physical products will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Physical items will need to be returned within two weeks for a refund.
